Galvin Receives APRA’s Distinguished Service Award

 

CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA – Alex C. “Sandy” Galvin, Secretary of Power Brake Sales in Sacramento, California was presented with the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association’s Distinguished Service Award on November 3, 2013 during the International BIG R Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

The award honors Galvin for “Distinguished Business Statesmanship and Dedicated Service Rendered to the Entire Industry of Automotive Parts Remanufacturing.”

 

Power Brake Sales is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1948. They specialize in remanufacturing vacuum pumps, air brake compressors, air valves, spring brakes, wiper motors, power brake boosters, hydrovacs, hydraboosts and master cylinders. The company has been an active member of APRA for almost 30 years and was instrumental in organizing APRA’s Heavy Duty Brake Division in 1980.
