Freight Policy
Air Brake Repair Service dba Power Brake Sales offer prepaid freight as per the following terms effective Jan 1st, 2018:
All prices are FOB Sacramento CA. Orders of $1,500.00 (less core charges) shipped within the US qualify for prepaid freight. Spring brakes are excluded from this offer. These items can be added to an order that already qualifies for prepaid freight. All prepaid orders will be shipped by the courier of our choice.
Core Return Freight Policy
All cores must be returned freight prepaid if the shipment is under 500 lbs.
If your return is over 500 lbs, we offer collect freight using the courier of our choice. Please contact us for shipping instructions if you meet these requirements.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item out of the box, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
